It's December 2010! Were did this year go? I must admit,this year a worked like a slave! Many late nights,but it's all worth it in the end.

One evening last week I decided I'll have to at least get my kiddies in some Christmas outfits and take some photo's of them. It was extremely difficult trying to get them in a good mood and smiling. Luke (16months) is at a stage where he just doesn't want to sit still and my poor daughter Marche (7) had to grip him for every shot LOL. I took a record breaking of about 80 shots in less than 15 minutes. I could only use about 20 of the 80,but it's all worth it.

Christmas is about giving not receiving! Be blessed this Christmas and love unconditionally!

New Born Shoot - Conner Cramer - 10days old

About a month ago I did a maternity shoot for Tracy & Andrew. Little Connor came onto this world a bit early so last week the new parents brought little Connor to my studio were I took some photo's of him and mommy and daddy. A big thank you to my husband from http://www.pretography.com/ for the assistance.

Maternity Photo Shoot - Sanchia & Gerome Johnson

I met this lovely couple the weekend I exhibited at the Baby Expo Cape Town last month. They contacted me a few weeks ago and wanted to book a maternity photo shoot before their little one arrives. The couple doesn't know the sex of the baby,I take my hat of to you for not finding out what the sex is,because so many people these day's are going the other route.

The 3 Pretorius sisters!

I bought myself the Nikon 50mm f1.8 lens last week and just had to try it out in the studio! I just love how sharp it is. My models our 3 girls Cameron,Marche and Leah were more than happy to smile for the camera.(my son Luke were far to busy recking the whole house to also join in the fun.....LOL,but that"s probably what a 16month old baby boy does.......EXPLORE!

My husband Charl http://www.pretography.wordpress.com/ and I also shot Monique & Robert's wedding at Bloemendal Wine Estate on Saturday,and I shot the entire wedding with my new little "baby".I just LOVE LOVE LOVE the lens.

Maternity Photo Shoot - Nazlie & Lloyd

2 Weeks ago Saturday I packed my gear and headed off to Nazlie & Loyd's home to do a maternity shoot for them. The couple is expecting a baby girl by the name of Gemma (such a pretty name) any day now.

New Born Shoot - Melanie,Jaco & week old Coetzee

Melanie gave birth to this beautiful little man about 4 weeks ago. They came to my studio when Coetzee was about 2 weeks old.

The Baby Expo Cape Town - ONLY 2 days to go!!!

OK so after months and months of planning,hard work many sleepless nights we are finally ready to exhibit at the biggest baby expo http://www.thebabyexpo.co.za/ in the country this weekend.
If you are in the Cape Town area 29/30/31 October please pop in at the CTICC and come say hi!

Entry fee Adults R50 and kids under 10 FREE entrance! Live performance by Barney the dinosaur and friends.
We will also have a "mini studio" set-up ready for some Christmas theme baby and kiddies photo's at a very minimal cost,so bring the kids and the family and come join in the fun!

PUREPIX PHOTOGRAPHY is also giving away a Maternity & New Born photo shoot in the pregnancy competition.

Maternity Shoot - Tracy & Andrew

Tracy and Andrew arrived at my studio with a whole lot of props to use in their pics. This couple is sooooo excited about the arrival of their baby boy Connor. I will also be doing the new born shoot as soon as little Connor comes into this world. Tracy....you are a glowing beautiful expectant mother.....you can see it in each and every photo I took.

Preggie Shoot - Nancy & Daine

I SO SO SO much enjoyed this maternity shoot. Nancy and Daine are both very attractive people....and did not have any problem posing for some of these shots. (i love these type of clients :)

Nancy is 33 weeks pregnant,so in a few weeks they will be the proud parents of a baby girl called Holli (i just love the name).

Danielle - Little miss sunshine!

Just look at these beautiful little cheeks. Danielle is my husbands cousins daughter and I just couldn't put the camera down. Especially when she dug out some plants and things she wanted me to take a photo of.
