Hottest week of the year!

Well.....I'm definitely one for summer but the last few days heat in Cape Town has definitely taken it's toll on me. Seems like it's cooling down nearing the weekend.
That's good because I've got 3 studio shoots lined up for Saturday and then a on-location shoot for the Perkins family. I can't wait to see how big baby girl Amy has gotten since I did the new born shoot for them a few months back.

I must also mention that last weekend was a very busy time in my household. My husband Charl (www.pretography.com) did a morning wedding in Paarl on Saturday and then joined me where I was shooting a wedding for my good friend Natasha's mom (Klasina). Joe & Klasina got married in a beautiful church and the reception was filled with love and fun!Ruby,Natasha,Chantal....thanks,it was fun spending a day with you guys after not seeing you for a while....all 3 of you looked absolutely beautiful!Thank you Klasina & Joe for choosing me as your photographer and a special thanks goes out to my hubby for second shooting with me on this extremely hot day.

Carstens Family Photo Shoot

Busy as always!

All I can say is WOW..what a very busy weekend I had!Saturday morning I did a family photo shoot for Rudi Carstens and his family...it was awesome. Then my husband Charl Pretorius (www.pretography.com) and I left for Blue Peter were I was second shooting for him at Hanli en Danie's beach wedding. What a perfect day and the sunset was amazing.....picture perfect for awesome wedding photographs. Sunday my friend Yolandi came by my studio for some Valentine pics of her and the kids to send to Pieter that's currently away from home and working offshore.....beautiful idea. I think,...NO,I KNOW Pieter's going to love the photo's we took. Thandi brought Johan's 2 boys along, also to do something special for daddy that's so far away from home on Valentine's day. It was loads of fun and we a good laugh.....silly as always!

Maternity Photo Shoot - Sunelle

I must say,this maternity shoot I really enjoyed doing. Sunelle was the perfect model and was up for anything. A big thank you goes out to my husband Charl that assisted me with this shoot.....you were awesome.....as always!

Blue Monday

25 Jan and it's my baby daughter's 2ND birthday today. She is such a cutie pie....mommy and big sister Marche sang happy birthday very early this morning,and she was so adorable clapping hands along the way.
Party packs loaded and off to school we went. Hope you have a beautiful day,mommy and daddy loves you very much!

Onto another topic........I've been having endless problems with my PC the last couple of days and it's made editing pics extremely difficult and very time consuming. Hopefully I'll have this problem sorted out by tomorrow.:)

I'm also very excited about the upcoming maternity photo shoot. I'll be doing a maternity photo shoot for my good friends Sunelle and Wayne. They are expecting a baby boy in March. I've got so many ideas for this shoot,and i know it's going to be an awesome day!

Please keep a lookout for some more pics to loaded from the Visser Family photo shoot......I'll be posting them as soon as I've sorted out this PC problem!
